Product Features and Suitable Substrates
- Suitable substrates: steel plates, iron sheets, fiberglass, and existing paint layers, among others.
- Factory-original specialized putty, featuring a fine gray texture, excellent spreadability, superior resistance to temperature changes, and strong adhesion.
- Especially suitable for commercial vehicles, factory-installed cars, large buses, and complete vehicle painting at automotive modification shops.
Construction Instructions
- Sand the substrate ready for puttying, removing grease and moisture.
- Thoroughly mix the putty with the hardener until the color is evenly consistent.
- Quickly level after mixing within the workable time.
- After applying and scraping, allow it to harden before sanding.
- Thoroughly remove rust flakes, oil stains, old paint films, and moisture from the metal surface using solvents and a polishing tool, ensuring the substrate remains clean and completely dry.
- Mix the putty and hardener thoroughly at a weight ratio of 100:2 until the color is uniform. Use the mixture within the recommended working time of 3 to 15 minutes. If the mixed putty begins to cure—noticeable by increased resistance when spreading—it should be discarded immediately. The usable time may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity levels, and the amount of hardener added.
- Quickly press the mixed putty into the area to be applied, then swiftly smooth it out. As you apply and scrape, firmly pack the putty deeper into the surface to eliminate any air bubbles—make sure no tiny air pockets remain trapped in the substrate’s imperfections or gaps.
- If thick coating by scraping is required, apply in layers (2–3 times), allowing each layer to surface-dry for 30 minutes (check by ensuring the surface is no longer sticky to the touch). Each application should not exceed 0.1 cm in thickness.
- Grinding can only be performed after the putty has fully hardened. Apply and scrape for 90 minutes, then sand using #240 or higher grit sandpaper—dry sanding with a sander is recommended. During the rainy season or in high-humidity conditions, slightly extend the sanding time.
Important Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and ignition sources, and protect from direct sunlight.

Our strengths
The company boasts a dedicated, in-house R&D team and currently holds multiple invention and utility model patents. In 2012, the company played a key role in drafting the industry standard HG/T 4561-2013, "Unsaturated Polyester Putty." Additionally, in 2021, it contributed to the development of a national standard—GB/T 41953-2022, "Paints and Varnishes—Determination of Moisture Content in Coatings by Gas Chromatography"—as well as the revision of another national standard: GB/T 6739, "Paints and Varnishes—Determination of Film Hardness by Pencil Method." In the coming years, the company plans to actively collaborate with several universities and research institutions through industry-academia partnerships, fostering innovation and co-developing cutting-edge products tailored to meet both customer needs and market demands. At the same time, we will continue strengthening our intellectual property strategy, with an ongoing focus on applying for and securing recognition for advanced technology projects.
