Important Notes
- Before spraying, the primer coat must be sanded and then cleaned (wet sanding with 600–800 grit, dry sanding with 400–600 grit).
- In environments with temperatures above 30°C or high humidity, applying an appropriate anti-white-spray coating, or using high-quality slow-drying/super-slow-drying thinners, can help prevent the silver powder from blooming.
- Because metallic paint has high transparency, it places higher demands on both spraying tools and application techniques; otherwise, issues like paint buildup, uneven color distribution, and a weak metallic effect may occur.
- The coating thickness for metallic paint should not exceed 25 µm, otherwise issues such as buildup and poor interlayer adhesion may occur.
- After applying each coat of metallic paint, allow it to flash dry. If dust spots or silver powder particles appear on the painted surface, gently wipe them clean with a dust-free cloth.
- After applying the 1K base coat and letting it sit for 15–20 minutes, you can proceed with spraying the clear coat. It’s not recommended to apply the clear coat after more than 30 minutes, as excessively long intervals may compromise the adhesion between layers.
- Shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place at 20°C. Unopened, sealed containers can be stored for up to 2 years.

Important Notes
- When the temperature drops below 15°C in winter, it's not recommended to allow the paint film to dry naturally after spraying. Instead, we suggest using a baking oven to heat the area to around 60°C for about 30 minutes.
- If fish eyes are detected during the spraying process, immediately stop construction and add 0.5–1% of anti-sagging agent to the remaining paint before resuming spraying.
- At the interface between old and new paint films, you can directly spray edge-sealing compound to achieve a flawless edge effect—refer to the specific instructions for using the edge-sealing compound for details.
- Paint mixed with a hardener should be used up as soon as possible and must not be saved for later use.
- Please clean all spray tools immediately with thinner after use—otherwise, once they’ve hardened, they’ll be difficult to remove.
- It is not recommended to apply clear coat directly onto this surface before the coating has fully dried. Also, avoid adding clear coat directly into the paint for spraying.
- After spraying, any small particles or sagging areas can be smoothed out by wet sanding with 1200–2000-grit sandpaper once fully cured, followed by wax polishing.
- Shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place at 20°C. Unopened, sealed containers can be stored for up to 2 years.
