Product Features and Suitable Substrates
- Applicable substrates: Old paint films and putty surfaces that have been fully hardened and sanded. Apply as a filler on either 1K or 2K intermediate coats. Primarily used for filling surface imperfections such as pinholes and scratches; (not recommended for exposed metal surfaces or large-area coatings.)

Construction Instructions
- Sand the substrate ready for puttying, removing grease and moisture.
- Apply directly by scraping, and apply multiple thin layers.
- Metal putty knives or rubber scrapers can be used for applying the material by scraping.
- After applying by scraping, allow it to harden before sanding (water-based sanding is recommended).
- Mud-yellow eye-patching putty is not suitable for large-area application;
- Mud-yellow eye shadow is not suitable for use on bare metal surfaces;
- For small-area applications, such as filling sand holes with mud-yellow eye-filling putty, you can proceed directly to the topcoat process after drying and sanding. However, for larger areas where mud-yellow eye-filling putty is applied by scraping, once dried and sanded, a mid-coat paint must be sprayed to seal, fill, and conceal the surface—helping to minimize absorption of solvents from the underlying layers into the topcoat and ensuring strong adhesion between layers.
- After activation, immediately tighten the can lid; otherwise, a crust will form on the surface of the filler powder inside, affecting its subsequent application by scraping.
- During bottom treatment work, if large or deep holes appear on the sanded putty surface, it is not recommended to apply mud-yellow eye-filling putty. Instead, use a high-pressure dust blower to thoroughly remove any dust and moisture from within the putty pores, followed by carefully pressing and compacting the putty into place for seamless filling. (This approach helps avoid risks such as shrinkage marks or bubbling in the putty layer.)
Important Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and ignition sources, and protect from direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place at 20°C. Unopened, with the original cap intact, it can be stored for up to 1 year.

This includes pursuing certifications such as National High-Tech Enterprise status, Zhaoqing City High-Tech Enterprise designation, Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center accreditation, and Zhaoqing City Engineering Technology Research Center certification, among others.
